# What You'll Need:

→ Lemonade

01 - 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 10–12 lemons)
02 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 10 cups cold water
04 - Lemon slices for garnish
05 - Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
06 - Ice cubes

→ Strawberry Syrup

07 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
08 - 1/2 cup water
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Blueberry Syrup

10 - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
11 - 1/2 cup water
12 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Mint Syrup

13 - 1 cup water
14 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves

→ Peach Syrup

16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

# Directions:

01 - In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves. Add cold water and mix well. Cover and chill until serving time.
02 - For each desired syrup (strawberry, blueberry, peach), place chopped fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Gently mash fruit to extract additional juice, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar, discarding solids. Cool completely before use.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Heat to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add fresh mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar and allow to cool fully.
04 - Set lemonade in a large beverage dispenser. Position each syrup in labeled jars or bottles. Provide garnishes, ice, and glasses for easy service.
05 - Pour lemonade into a glass, add ice, and mix in preferred syrup (approximately 1–2 tablespoons per glass). Garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs as desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get to watch guests become their own mixologists, right in your kitchen.
  • The selection of homemade syrups means everyone finds a favorite, even picky teens.
02 -
  • Always let your syrups cool fully before serving, or the lemonade gets cloudy and warm.
  • Labeling syrup jars makes a huge difference—otherwise everyone guesses by color and things get wild quickly.
03 -
  • If you substitute sparkling water last minute, pour carefully so bubbles don't overflow.
  • Adding fresh herbs to the syrup (like basil or lemongrass) gives an unexpected twist guests won't forget.
